Fodor's Review:
It's easy to feel like one of the family at this little restaurant with the odd, zigzagging layout. Diners seated at one of the two tiny bars chat with the servers like old friends, and the husband-and-wife team that runs the place sometimes bring their daughter to work. But they're serious about the food. They're not exactly breaking new culinary ground here; the daily menu sticks to homey dishes like a fat grilled pork chop with cabbage and mashed potatoes, seared ahi tuna with sautéed swiss chard, and a chicory Caesar salad dusted generously with Parmesan. But everything is so perfectly executed and the vibe so genuinely warm, that a visit here is deeply satisfying.
