Fodor's Review:
The Spanish hacienda-style architecture recalls the native country of the Ferrer family, who make both sparkling and still wines at. The sparkling wines here, all made in the brut style, are aged in a cava, or cellar, where several feet of earth maintain a constant temperature. Call the day of your visit after 9:45 AM to find out when tours are being offered that day.
