The European-trained chef-owner makes the most of the local wild seafood and organic produce, with such made-from-scratch dishes as grilled scallops with cherry tomato, cucumber, and mint salsa; grilled lamb sirloin with peppered balsamic glaze; and the signature Tuscan-style seafood soup.
