$$-$$$$, Contemporary, Montcalm
Fodor's Review:
A spectacular view of Québec City is the chief attraction at this revolving restaurant atop the Hôtel Loews Le Concorde. Chef Jean-Claude Crouzet makes use of local products -- fillet of pork from the Beauce region, in soy and orange sauce with pearl barley, braised-celeriac stew, and fried leeks, for example, or Barbarie duck with honey and Szechuan pepper, turnip confit, and red cabbage with apples. L'Astral offers a three-course table d'hôte and a C$40 nightly buffet but no à la carte menu.
