Fodor's Review:

A chic beige-and-green bistro, L'Echaudé attracts a mix of businesspeople and tourists because of its location between the financial and antiques districts. Lunch offerings include duck confit with fries and fresh salad. Highlights of the three-course brunch are eggs Benedict and tantalizing desserts. The decor is modern, with hardwood floors, a mirrored wall, and a stainless-steel bar where you can dine atop a high stool.
