The focus is the cuisine of northern India, less spicy and more delicate than that of the south. Tandoori ovens seal in the flavors of the grilled meat and fish. Among the vegetarian choices are thali -- one vegetable entrée, lentils, and basmati rice -- and saag paneer, spicy white cheese with spinach. A nine-course lunch buffet costs C$11, and a nightly "Indian feast" is C$27.
