Fodor's Review:
Staying at Anne ma soeur Anne is a little like having your own pied-à-terre in the Plateau Mont-Royal, especially if you book a back room with a view over the little tree-shaded garden (worth every penny of the extra cost). The built-in furniture adds to the effect: tip up your Murphy bed and you have a living room right on rue St-Denis. The rooms all have microkitchens -- coffeemakers, microwaves, and toaster ovens -- but every morning Anne or one of her staff delivers fresh coffee and a croissant to your room. Pros: great morning croissants, delightfully friendly staff, and lovely garden -- all in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal's nightlife. Cons: a sometimes noisy street scene right outside.
