Fodor's Review:
The city's landmark 1915 hotel has maintained its original grandeur and offers first-class modern facilities in both the traditionally furnished guest rooms and the ornate public areas. The Queen Elizabeth II Suite, in the former attic, is spectacular. There's fine dining in the elegant Harvest Room and Sunday brunch in the Empire Ballroom. Some rooms have a sweeping view of the river valley.
