Celeste Vida Guest House Review

Owned and operated by Canadian expats, this three-bedroom guest house is located directly on the beach, making it one of the best values in town. All three units have fully equipped kitchens, purified water, Wi-Fi, and ocean views. Although there is no a/c, oversized windows and ceiling fans keep rooms rather cool. Guests have access to numerous amenities including bikes, kayaks, hammocks, a library, and an outdoor kitchen. As an eco-friendly property, the owners recycle rainwater and have bathrooms equipped with low-consumption flush toilets and water-saving showerheads. Meals, prepared by a Swiss chef, are available upon request.
