For the last 20 years, this family-owned Italian restaurant has been a popular spot among locals. The bar is a nice place to have a drink and to watch the activity on the Paseo Montejo. Although the open design of the restaurant does make it a nice place to enjoy the cool evening weather, the food isn't spectacular, and prices are pretty high by Mérida standards. Still, the salads are generous, almost all of the thin-crust pizzas come with four cheeses, and there's usually
some kind of deal on the excellent wine list (check their website for promotions). Happy hour is offered weekdays from 7–9 pm and Wednesdays you'll find 2-for-1 deals on pastas. Early birds may want to look elsewhere since this restaurant opens at 7 pm.
