Fodor's Review

The city's first deluxe hotel is still among its most elegant. Rooms are regally decorated, with russet-hue quilts and rugs set off by blond-wood furniture and cream-color walls. There's a top-notch business center, and a beautiful marble lobby. Upper-crust Méridians recommend Spasso Italian restaurant as a fine place to have a drink in the evening. For an amazing seafood extravaganza, don't miss the $20 seafood buffet at the on-site Peregrina bistro on Friday afternoons

from 1 to 5.
