This small, yellow hotel sits right in the center of town and is one of the more affordable options if you can deal with such issues as street noise, tiny bathrooms, cold-water showers, and a weak Wi-Fi signal. Its rooms offer few amenities, but the turquoise drapes and throw blankets against clean white floors and bedding lend a cheerful air. French balconies overlook the busy street, which might result in a sleepless night. The restaurant is formal, and a bit sterile, and there's no bar or other place for guests to mingle. Still, it's a good place if you're looking to stay inexpensively in the heart of the old city. Know that the Wi-Fi signal varies from room to room and generally works best in the reception area.
