On the ground floor of Casa Las Tortugas, Mandarina has indoor and outdoor seating just feet from the sand. Chef Jorge Melul, a master baker, has become known on the island for his homemade breads, cakes, and pastas. Nearly every item on the menu is organic, with most ingredients coming from Mandarina's garden or farms in neighboring Solferino. The daily catch is purchased directly from the fishermen who dock on the shores. For a memorable meal, start with shrimp tempura
