El Mesón del General Review
Just a block off the main plaza, the General's Table is the best place to try the lobina (black bass) caught in local reservoirs or the cauque (crayfish) that thrive in nearby rivers. Beside a plant-filled courtyard, the blue-and-yellow dining room is decorated with pictures and documents from the town's past. If someone in your party is craving Chinese food, there's a restaurant in the back run by the same management.
