Across the street from the Palacio del Sol, this modern motel charges considerably less. Rooms surrounding the gated swimming pool have firm mattresses and pseudo-antiques. Even if you don't stay here, duck inside to see the impressive mural by Chihuahuan painter Aarón Piña Mora.
