The Club de Golf Malanquín (Celaya Hwy., Km 3. 415/152-0516. Closed Monday) has a heated pool, steam baths, tennis courts, and 9 holes of golf, all of which are open to the public for $50 on weekdays or $67 on weekends.
Escondido Place (Dolores Hidalgo Hwy., Km 10. 415/185-2020) has several pools, including one with three domed ceilings where the water rushes in directly from the source—great fun for kids. It's open to the public daily for $8.
Taboada (Dolores Hidalgo Hwy., Km 8) has three outdoor geothermal pools, one of which is Olympic-size and good for doing laps. The pools are open to the public for $4 from 8 am to 6 pm every day but Tuesday.
