Mesón Santa Rosa Hotel Review

On the serene Plaza de la Independencia, this elegant property was a stopover for travelers to the north almost 300 years ago. Rooms are clustered around a placid courtyard. Lace-hung glass doors and wood-beam ceilings preserve the colonial charm in the rooms, but some modern additions like a chrome-color coffee shop at the entrance detract from the character.
