Casa del Artesano Review
Bucerías's best folk art shop, on the south side of town near the gallery and restaurant district, sells modern and traditional ceramicware from Tonalá, lovely burnished pottery from Michoacán, wooden frames and boxes of fine wood from the owner's native state of San Luis Potosí, and many other fine crafts. Find handmade, artsy, inexpensive items for gifts alongside paintings of indigenous people in native dress by Carlos Zavala. It's often closed by 2 pm, so plan to visit in the morning.
