Fodor's Review:

Most everyone in Vallarta works his or her tail off during the December to Easter high season. When vallartenses can finally take a breath—and then give a collective sigh of relief—they reward themselves with some reasonably priced nights out at the destination's best restaurants during this two-week (despite its name) event in Mayo. Each participating restaurant offers prix-fixe meals (with choices among appetizers, entrées, and desserts) for either 159 or 259 pesos.
