Fodor's Review:

Azul96 is one of Vallarta's trendiest new lounges. Downstairs, it's a fashionable restaurant and fashion statement with massive, boldly painted columns punctuating white-on-white minimalist decor. Up the elevator, enjoy an arresting cityscape along with sushi and appetizers. The minimalist feel of the restaurant is extended to the rooftop bar with high tables for four, sand at your feel and soft, innovative lighting. The speciality? Martinis.
