Palomazo Gastronómico

Fodor's Review:

As if our clothes weren't already bursting at the seams, some of PV's most benevolent gastronomes began teaming up at fundraising events for local charities in 2005. Local chefs now produce Palomazo Gastronómico, or the "Culinary Jam Session," at least once a year. Along with four courses of haute cuisine, they serve up wine, song, and a warm and fuzzy feeling to boot. The cost is about $70 per person.
