Fodor's Review:

Garbo is open nightly after 6. This is not the kind of place where you'll strike up a conversation; rather it's an upscale place to go with friends for a sophisticated, air-conditioned drink or two. Cigarette smoke perfumes the air, and a musician plays gentle electric guitar music nightly from 7 to 10 during high season (except Tuesday), less often the rest of the year.
