We've heard this place described as "the gay Cheers of Mexico." It's a friendly neighborhood cantina where you'll meet middle-aged to older queens, many Mexicans, a few foreigners, and maybe even some straights. Show up a few times for $1 beers (served daily between 1 and 7 pm) and everyone is sure to know your name. It has moved around the corner from its original location and now serves daily lunch specials in the small second-story restaurant.
