Fodor's Review:

Studios here have functional kitchenettes, basic cookware, and somewhat thin mattresses on wood-frame beds. Each has a small tiled tub as well as a shower. The real pluses of this plain Jane are the balconies with spectacular beach views and the location above Conchas Chinas Beach, about a 20-minute walk to downtown PV along the beach. The three-bedroom presidential suite has a sound system and large-screen TV. Pros: Excellent view of rock-framed Conchas Chinas beach; a short drive or bus ride to downtown PV. Cons: Some units smell funky.
