Nuevo Vallarta

Fodor's Review:

Several kilometers of pristine, if plain, beach face the hotels of Nuevo Vallarta. The wide, flat, sandy beach is perfect for long walks: in fact, you could walk all the way to Bucerías, some 8 km (5 mi) to the north. Most of the hotels here are all-inclusives, so guests generally move between their hotel pool, bar, restaurant, and the beach in front. The same all-inclusive program means that nonguests are generally barred from the bars and restaurants.
