The location, a jungly riverside place where the movie Predator was filmed, is as much of a draw as the mainly seafood fare. This is a place to spend time, splashing in the river or zinging through the air on a canopy tour. Not on the menu but worth asking about is the Festival de Camarones: shrimp is prepared breaded, butterflied, sautéed in garlic, and several other styles, and served with rice, tortillas, homemade chips, and various salsas. You might catch a ride at El Edén's downtown PV office, when they transport their canopy tour patrons; otherwise, plan to drive or take a cab. If it's not too busy, the restaurant will sometimes return patrons to the highway, where buses frequently pass.
