Open to the ocean air, the wood-and-palm-front restaurant looks right at home on Conchas Chinas Beach. And there are wonderful views of waves crashing on or lapping at the shore. Enjoy breakfast or an expansive, inexpensive weekend brunch buffet (it runs 8 "am "to 1 pm; come before 11 in the morning for the freshest food). Select from crepes, frittatas, omelets, and huevos Felix (eggs scrambled with fried corn tortillas, served with a grilled cactus pad, beans, and grilled serrano chilies). Lunch and dinner choices include crispy crab tacos, grilled burgers and chicken, shrimp enchiladas with spinach, and much, much more. If you're driving, look for the sign for Hotel Lindo Mar on the coast highway; you can park in the small lot near the beach or in the hotel lot and take the elevator down to the beach.
