Start off with a soup of Mexican or Cuban origin and then on to one of the international main dishes, like the Mediterranean-style pasta on a bed of fresh spinach, herbed Cornish hen, or sea scallops with jicama coleslaw. The restaurant overlooks the Cuale River, and its eclectic decor draped in ferns and tropical plants is a knockout, with carved-stone columns, zebra chairs, wicker settees, and other sophisticated touches.

Beautiful setting and decor, not so great service. Food came too quickly, felt like I was being pushed out.

Without a doubt one of the lovliest places in town. Open air on the river, twinkling lights. Very, very romantic but the food and service in the last few years have declined substantially, especially for the very steep prices. Last season a new chef arrived with great credentials so we're hoping to see the place return to its former glory.
