Fodor's Review:

Majolica Antica sells just that, which, according to knowledgeable shop owner Antonio Cordero, is also called Talavera or tin-glazed pottery. You get a certificate of origin with each piece of beautiful ornamental tile, utilitarian pitcher, plate, or place setting. It's open until 5 PM during the week and until 3 PM on Saturday; it's closed Sunday.
