Fodor's Review:

Beginning in late November or early December, the public is welcome to see movies of many genres, at reasonable prices, during the six-day Vallarta Film Festival. Films and seminars are held at the Cinemark Plaza Caracol (Plaza Caracol, Zona Hotelera 322/224-8927). Film industry types come to hobnob and honor each other with awards for best director, picture, cinematographer, and actor.
