Blanco y Negro

Fodor's Review:

Blanco y Negro is a wonderful place to have a drink with friends. The intimate café-bar is comfortable yet rustic, with equipale (leather-and-wood) love seats and traditional round cocktail tables. The music, which begins at 10:30, is trova (think Mexican Cat Stevens) by Latino legends Silvio Rodríguez and Pablo Milanés; some songs composed and sung by the owner are thrown in. There's never a cover. It's closed Sunday and Monday, otherwise open after 8 PM.
