Teams of engaging waiters, all family members, squeeze past the trio that croons romantic tunes throughout the day to refill beer glasses, remove empty plates, or bring more fresh tostadas and hot, crusty garlic bread. But don't fill up on nonessentials, as the recommended cream-based and mild-chili casseroles—with crab, clams, fish, shrimp, or mixed seafood—are so delicious you won't want to leave even one bite. The latest menu offering is a shrimpfest offering a couple dozen crustaceans prepared in seven different styles. You can have a complimentary margarita with dinner or a free digestif later on. Cueto's is a few blocks behind the Unidad Deportivo complex of soccer fields and baseball diamonds.

This restaurant is on a very quiet street near the soccer field. It isn't showy or flamboyant like tourist traps; it is truly Mexican, owned by a wonderful family, and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Order the shrimp fajitas and a Red Sky (a special beer drink).
