Kids under 10 stay and eat for free with the all-inclusive plan at this small, friendly, four-story hotel in Nuevo Vallarta. What's the bottom line, then? Families can stay for less than $90 per person per night, including tax. Other pluses are the wide beach with gentle surf and the chummy bar with its billiards salon, dart boards, dominoes, chess, and other games. The use of bikes, kayaks, and boogie boards is free for AI guests; there's a charge for use by EP guests. Only a few of the compact, well-maintained units have tubs, and decor is standard, although walls are painted in cheerful hues. Pros: Least-expensive all-inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta; small size makes for a less impersonal vacation. Cons: Ho-hum furnishings and room amenities; only one-bedroom suites have balconies.
