de Santos Review
In addition to having a pretty good Mediterranean dinner in the ground-floor restaurant, you can start an evening here with chill-out and lounge music that appeals to an upscale, slightly older crowd of locals, gringos, local gringos, and Spanish-speaking travelers. Later, local and guest DJs spin the more danceable, beat-driven disco and house tunes that appeal to slightly younger folks. If the smoke and noise get to you, head upstairs to the rooftop bar, where you and your friends can fling yourselves on the giant futons for some stargazing. This is a see-and-be-seen place for locals, and the kitchen is generally open until 2 am; the whole place shuts down at 4 am, or 6 am in high season.
