In addition to pretty good Mediterranean dinners in the ground-floor restaurant, de Santos starts the evening with chill out and lounge music that appeals to a mixed, though slightly older, crowd. Later, local and guest DJs spin the more danceable, beat-driven disco and house tunes that appeal to slightly younger folks. If the smoke and noise get to you, head upstairs to the rooftop bar, where you and your friends can fling yourselves on the giant futons for some stargazing. This is a see-and-be-seen place for locals, and the kitchen is generally open 'til 2 AM; the whole place shuts down at 4 AM.
