Velas Vallarta Suite Resort & Convention Center Review
Silky sheets and cozy down duvets, multiple ceiling fans, and large flat-screen TVs are a few of the creature comforts that set Velas apart from the rest. Each large living area has two comfortably wide built-in couches in colorful prints and a round dining table. Huichol cross-stitch tapestries and modern Mexican art decorate the walls. Studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites have the same amenities except that the studios don't have balconies or beach views. Tall palms, pink bougainvillea, and wild ginger with brilliant red plumes surround the three enormous pools. This is a perfect destination for those who want to relax on-site, as the hotel offers tennis clinics, arts and crafts, theme nights, and lots of other activities.

I have been to PV many many times. I have tried several resorts, condos, and hotels. This is the best one I've been to. The feeling is very safe, and the suites are clean and spacious. I don't suggest the all-inclusive, because there are so many restaraunts in puerto vallarta that are to die for, while the Velas only has two. Do try the restaraunts though, because they are simply amazing.

I want to warn you, your family, friends and coworkers of the players in the fractional ownership industry about the schemes, scams, methods and lies they use to steal your money. Our experience was at Velas Vallarta, in Puerto Vallarta, the Sales Associate make everything look so wonderful and great, but the bottom line is it is big business and these resorts and partners are out to rob you. The Velas Sales Associate explained to us how we would receive money in the future from the rental of our fractional ownership property, but it never happened. These practices are not isolated to just the Velas Vallarta Resorts, they exist at resorts worldwide, though the schemes or methods used may vary. For your best protection, you need to strongly consider staying away from all resort promotional programs and not to sign up to attend sales presentations at any resort or location, they will promise you gifts and/or money to attend.

This place is the best place that I have ever stayed in - in all my trips to Puerto Vallarta...so I bought a timeshare there. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful! The rooms are nice and service is outstanding. The food is great too! If you are looking for a great all-inclusive resort - look no further, this is the place for you!
