Tips on Tipping

Influenced by big tippers from the U.S., servers count on 10%-15%. In more humble establishments, where the bill is often shockingly low, tips are taken more casually than in the more prestigious restaurants. But in any case, we suggest tipping 15% for good service, a bit less for a flawed performance, and a bit more if the tab is ridiculously low.
