The most romantic atmosphere of any in Zipolite—and arguably on the whole Oaxaca coast—can be found at this beachside extravaganza of warm candles, lounge furniture, and palapas. The Italian chefs do justice to their country's cuisine—a true rarity in Mexico. Most remarkably authentic are the skillfully seared brick-oven pizzas and the addictive bread that comes out of the same oven.
