I own property in Oaxaca and whenever I get a chance to go down there from Texas, I stop at El Colibri on my way home from the airport. I am friends of the businessmen and politicians who dine there and we go to El Colibri for the fine food and the excellent service. If I can only make it to one restaurant, it will be El Colibri!
