Fodor's Review:

This is the place where the locals enjoy quick, simple meals right along the main drag. Tables are open to the sidewalk, amidst the hubbub. You won't find frills, but you will find a great sopa Azteca, with delicious bits of tasty Oaxacan cheese; the whole fried fish is another good choice.
