The rooms on the top level of this hillside hotel have great views of the bay, as well as the best breezes. Some have balconies, others have terraces hung with colorful hammocks. None have hot water or much of anything that could be called an amenity; all beds have mosquito netting. The third-floor restaurant has one of the most dependable kitchens in town, although the service lags when there's a crowd. Most rooms are accessed by climbing lots of stairs. Pros: Nice views, attractive rooms, pretty pool area. Cons: Steep stairs, away from beach.
