Every Friday night -- and also Wednesday nights in high season -- the Camino Real Oaxaca hosts a regional dance show that's considered the best in town. The $32 admission includes a buffet dinner (7 PM) and the show (8:30 PM) in the former convent's 16th-century chapel. Make reservations.
