Fodor's Expert Review La Terraza de Tita

The Terraza de Tita is enclosed within the downtown Hotel Oaxaca Real. The terrace itself is usually quiet, particularly in the evening. The menu is broad and the portions are large. Lunch is popular, and you can find a three-course comida corrida, a tradition of Oaxacan eating, at a great price. The shady terrace offers a hideaway from the glare of the early-afternoon sun, and the well-stocked bar can make a refreshing, and very strong, cocktail to lift the heat.
