Fodor's Review:
This local hangout on the corner of the main plaza is the best place in town to grab a seat and a cup of coffee and a pastry to munch as you watch the world go by. The fruit smoothies are also delicious. Or take your food upstairs and use one of the café's computers for a dollar every half hour.
