Fodor's Review

La Bótica was largely responsible for the mezcal boom when it opened in 2005, with a small selection of mezcals sourced directly from producers in Oaxaca. Now with six locations, it serves 20 varieties of mezcal; try the pechuga (distilled with fruit, and a chicken breast), the añejo (aged), or the cremas (liqueurs). If the tiny space is too crowded, order some bottles to go.
