Fodor's Review:

Don Bergeron, a Louisiana native and traveling chef for the state tourism office, developed the menu for Zydeco, making it a one-of-a-kind Cajun treat. Popular appetizers include New Orleans crab cakes and blackened chicken tenders served with Jack Daniels barbecue sauce. Next up is the gumbo or the Swamp Pop Jambalaya, a spicy rice dish with chicken, pork, and sausage. Live zydeco, blues, and rock acts play on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday nights.
