Zydeco Review

Don Bergeron, a Louisiana native and traveling chef for the state tourism office, developed the menu for Zydeco, making it a one-of-a-kind Cajun treat for Mexicans. Popular appetizers include Mississippi catfish strips and Creole crab cakes. Next up is gumbo or the pecan-crusted fish with shrimp étouffée. Live zydeco, blues, and rock acts play on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
