This see-and-be-seen eatery, with branches in two of the hippest neighborhoods, is a popular veteran of Mexico City's nueva cocina mexicana scene. The appetizers are especially intriguing, including squash flowers stuffed with goat cheese in a chipotle sauce, and steak smothered in a sauce of huitlacoche—a corn fungus nicknamed the "Aztec truffle."
