Fodor's Review:

This chain of Pacific Coast-style seafood restaurants has branched out to six states, yet it hasn't compromised on quality. The restaurant's crowning culinary accomplishment is the corbina a las brasas, a sweet fish grilled to perfection and seasoned with chipotle, soy sauce, and mustard. For some fish dishes, like the corbina and the pargo, you'll be charged by the kilogram, so don't be surprised if prices vary.
