Fodor's Review:

Plaza Loreto has a strange history. It was built on land that once held a wheat mill owned by Martín Cortés, the son of conqueror Hernán Cortés, and later a paper factory. This small outdoor mall has boutiques, CD stores, a Sanborns, and the Museo Soumaya. Piccolo Mondo (55/5550-1477. www.piccolomondo.com.mx) contains a small video arcade for children, with a staff that can supervise kids.
