Fodor's Review:

For the fast and furious, just a short walk from the Cuauhtémoc metro stop, Multiforo Alicia headlines foreign and local indie bands playing punk, ska, surf, and garage music. In true punk-rock fashion, the space is poorly ventilated and the sound system leaves much to be desired, but it's a cheap night out and the scene is entertaining.
