Fodor's Review:
Not strictly a cantina (a cervezeria) but a popular hangout for local artists, journalists, and photographers, the Salón Corona is one of the friendliest joints in town and is centrally located if you plan to hit other bars in the historic center. In typically fatalistic Mexican fashion the giant photos on the wall show the clientele reacting to the 1986 World Cup at the moment defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory by the national team.
